How do I change or cancel my order?

Contact our Customer Service to change or cancel your order. Was your order already shipped? You can refuse it at the door or return it via the online return form.

What should I do when I haven't received my package?


1. The Track & Trace code of the package

You can find it in the conformation email we'll send you as soon as we have shipped your package.

2. The delivery address

Did you enter the correct delivery address? Make sure to check your postal code as well.

3. Your Mailbox

Did you receive a not-home notification? The package may have been delivered to your neighbours, or de delivery driver may have planned a new delivery moment.
